CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our artists and guests, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling if your service cannot be completed within the remaining time. If we have not heard from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your appointment will be considered a no-show.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 charge. Missed appointments or no-shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to honor the time of every guest and stylist within our salon.
EXTENSION BOOKING POLICY
To reserve your extension experience, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. This deposit secures your appointment and allows us to custom order your extension hair specifically for you.
The deposit will be applied toward your final balance at the time of installation. Please note that all extension hair remains the property of the salon until it has been professionally installed. Once ordered, extension hair is non-refundable.
